Summary: NV-LAS VEGAS Job Description: We are looking for a commercial real estate transactions paralegal to prepare contract summaries and closing checklists and to draft closing documents i.e., deeds, bills of sale, assignments, promissory notes and deeds of trust and releases of deeds of trust. Candidates must also be able to arrange for title search, review title commitments and surveys, prepare title objection letters, draft escrow instructions and contact title companies.
